Went to Supanova in cosplay with a couple of friends and had a really good time. I never fully trust the shiny promo stuff events put out, because it always sounds way too perfect, but this one was actually fun in a normal, real-life way. Lots of people were friendly and happy to take photos, which made the whole cosplay thing feel way less awkward. The lines did get long later on and the food was definitely overpriced, but I kind of expected that. Staff were helpful when we asked where things were, which was nice. I’d go again, just probably earlier next time

The checkout process kept lagging for me, which got annoying. I noticed it especially when I was trying to move from the cart to payment—the button would just sit there for a few seconds like it hadn’t registered. Not the worst experience ever, but those little pauses add up and made the whole thing feel clunky

I ended up needing a refund after my plans changed, and it was a bigger hassle than I expected. Support was slow to respond, and when they did, the replies felt kind of copy-pasted, mostly just telling me to wait without really explaining what was going on. It did eventually get sorted, but the whole process was frustrating and could’ve been handled a lot better

It was well organised overall, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just expected a bit more from the experience, i came away feeling slightly disappointed

I went to Supanova and had a good day. The crowd was managed better than I expected, and I was grateful the lines kept moving at a decent pace. Staff were helpful too, pointing people in the right direction when things got busy. It definitely got packed around some of the stalls, but it never felt too chaotic or messy. Overall, I appreciated how organized it felt and had a great time.

Bought my ticket on Supanova and, shockingly, the internet did not immediately descend into chaos. No weird popups, no sketchy payment vibes, and the confirmation email showed up quickly. it all felt safe and smooth, which is almost suspiciously nice these days

I think I might’ve gone at the worst possible time, because the whole venue felt really frustrating to get around. It was hard to find where anything was, and the queues kept spilling into the walkways, so you were constantly getting stuck or having to squeeze past people. The rooms also just didn’t feel like they were planned very well. Maybe it’s better when it’s quieter, but the timing definitely made the messy layout stand out.

I was frustrated with how the schedule was handled. Times either changed last minute or weren’t clear, and I kept having to check different places just to figure out what was actually happening. I ended up missing a few things I’d specifically planned my day around, which was really annoying. For a big event, the communication should’ve been much better.

I had a really good time overall. The lineup was strong, and there were plenty of cool guests to meet, which made the experience feel worth it. A few moments were a bit busy, but that’s kind of expected with this kind of event. I’d definitely be keen to go again.

I went to Supanova over the weekend i was impressed with how clean the place was overall. The toilets were easy to find and weren’t a total mess, which was a BIG surprise considering how packed it was.
A few of the bins were starting to overflow later in the day in some areas, but it did look like the staff were trying to stay on top of it as much as they could.
It wasn’t perfect, but for such a busy event, it was DEFINITELY better than I expected.

The autograph itself was fine and my photo op actually turned out really nice, so I can’t complain too much there. But the queues were a mess, and the times kept changing so much that I started wondering if anyone really knew what was going on. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just tiring and a bit questionable in how it was organized.

I went to Supanova and struggled to find a seat the whole day. The food area was completely packed, and a lot of people ended up sitting on the floor. Compared to other events I’ve been to, this felt poorly set up, especially for the price of the ticket. I got tired way faster than I expected and ended up leaving earlier than planned

There’s a bit of variety here, which is nice, but I wouldn’t say there’s loads of it. I did find a few different options to pick from, so that was good, though I kind of expected maybe a little more. Still, it’s not bad overall, just not heaps of variety if that’s what you’re after.

I was hoping Supanova would feel a bit more welcoming on the community side. To be fair, I did meet some friendly fans, and the event itself was okay overall. But the staff interactions and online replies came across kind of distant, and after giving feedback, there wasn’t much follow-up. I don’t think it was a bad experience, just not as connected or community-focused as I expected

It’s one of those things that can really set the tone for the day, so I appreciated that it didn’t feel stressful right from the start. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the queue got a little messy near the doors. A few people seemed unsure which line they were meant to be in, and it created a bit of confusion. Still, the line kept moving and it definitely didn’t take away from the day overall. A better setup near the entrance would make a big difference, but it was a solid experience.

Tickets felt fair for how much was going on, we spent hours just wandering around checking out stalls, panels, random displays and all that stuff, so it didn’t feel like we paid just to stand around in lines. Food and merch definitely add up quick, but that’s kind of expected at these events. Overall it was a fun day and I’d go again.

The whole parking and transport situation really put me off before I even got inside. It took me forever to get anywhere near the place, and once I did, I couldn’t figure out where I was actually supposed to park because the signs were so unclear. I also tried looking into public transport, but that information was confusing too, and the staff I asked didn’t seem to know much either. By the time I finally got in, I was already annoyed and not in the mood to enjoy myself. They seriously need to sort this out...

I went to Supanova the food options were disappointing. It felt like it was mostly the same fried stuff everywhere, with huge lines and prices that were way too high for what you actually got. I’m not the most patient person, so waiting around forever just to grab a drink or find some water really killed the mood for me. The event itself was fun, but they seriously need to sort out the food and drink setup better next time

I tried using the site to look up event details and it was more frustrating than I expected. Some pages loaded weird and it took me way too long to find the info I needed.

Took my kids to Supanova and they had a great time checking out all the costumes and stalls. It was family friendly enough, but some spots got way too crowded and noisy for younger kids, and there really wasn’t enough space to sit down and take a breather. Also a bit annoying how the terms seemed to change or weren’t super clear, which made the day feel more stressful than it needed to be. Fun overall, just could be better organized
